Mustard Capital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office in Dallas, Texas ("Mustard Capital," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit mustardcapital.com (the "Site"), contact us, or submit information through the Site.

When you use a contact or inquiry form, we may collect information such as:

• organization type, offering structure, target investor information, and proposed raise amount;

• website, presentation, deck, or LinkedIn URLs that you submit; and
• other information you provide in communications with us.

Please do not submit confidential information, material nonpublic information, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or other sensitive personal information through the Site unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure channel.

Information collected automatically

When you visit or submit a form through the Site, our website, hosting, security, and form systems may automatically collect technical information such as:

• Internet Protocol address;
• browser type, device information, and user-agent information;
• date and time of access or submission;
• page URL, referring page, and basic request or server-log information; and
• submission or entry identifiers used to operate and secure the Site.

We do not currently use analytics or behavioral-advertising tools on the Site. The Site and its service providers may still use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site functionality, security, administration, and form operation.

3. How Form Submissions Are Processed

Information submitted through the Site’s forms may be:

• stored in the Site’s WordPress and Elementor systems;
• delivered by email to our team at info@mustardcapital.com;
• recorded in a Google Sheet connected to the form; and
• processed or stored by our website host, email provider, Google services, and other service providers that support these functions.

These systems may also record technical information associated with a submission, including the submission date and time, page URL, Internet Protocol address, user-agent information, referrer, and entry identifier.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information:

• to vendors and service providers that host, secure, operate, or support the Site, forms, email, document storage, and business systems;
• to professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, and consultants, when reasonably necessary;
• when required by law, legal process, regulation, or a governmental authority;

We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising on the Site.

5. Data Retention

We generally retain contact and inquiry-form information for up to 12 months after the later of the original submission or our last meaningful communication with you. If you become a client or enter into another business relationship with us, related information may instead be retained under the applicable agreement and our business-record retention practices.

We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law or contractual obligations, establish or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the Site, enforce our agreements, or comply with a legal hold. Information in backups may remain until those backups are replaced through routine retention cycles.

Because form information may exist in WordPress/Elementor, email, and the connected Google Sheet, deletion from one system may not automatically remove every copy. We will apply the retention period across the active systems we control and process verified deletion requests where required by applicable law, subject to lawful retention exceptions and routine backup cycles.

6. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable exceptions, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy of certain information, appeal a decision regarding a privacy request, or opt out of certain processing.

Mustard Capital does not currently sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use personal information for targeted advertising. If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

To submit a privacy request, email info@mustardcapital.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require evidence of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Visitors

Mustard Capital is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

9. Children’s Privacy
